“Monthly Prizes”TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1.            Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
 
2.            Entry is only open to Australian residents who have a current Virgin Mobile phone account and are invited to enter the promotion ("Eligible Entrant"). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
 
3.            To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the promotional period:
a)    Visit www.memberslounge.com.au/goodiebag;
b)    Log-in by entering their Virgin Mobile telephone number and password;
c)    Click on the promotion banner of the promotion they have been invited to enter;
d)    Confirm or enter their email address and postal address;
e)    Accept the terms and conditions and
f)     Submit their entry.
 
4.            Upon entering this promotion, Eligible Entrants will also automatically be entered into the 'Virgin Mobile Major Prize Draw' (Terms and Conditions can be viewed below)
 
5.            The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
 
6.            Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
 
7.            Promotion commences 12:01am AEST on 1 September 2009. Entries close for each draw at 11:59pm AEST/AEDST on the dates and times specified in the table below. All draws will take place at International Customer Loyalty Programmes, 62 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065 at 3pm AEST/AEDST on the dates specified in the table below. Only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Entrant per draw. Undrawn entries in each draw will not be entered into any subsequent draws.Winners will be notified in writing.

8.            Draw 1: The first two hundred (200) valid entries drawn will each win a Virgin Mobile Branded SIM Saver, valued at $29.95 each. The next two hundred (200) valid entries drawn will each win a $20 Virgin Mobile phone credit valued at $20.00 each.
 
Draw 2: The first fifty (50) valid entries drawn will each win a Richard Branson book, valued at $35.00 each. The next two hundred (200) valid entries drawn will each win a $20 Virgin Mobile phone credit valued at $20.00 each.
 
Draw 3: The first two hundred (200) valid entries drawn will each win a $20 Virgin Mobile phone credit valued at $20.00 each. The next two hundred (200) valid entries drawn will each win a Virgin Mobile Branded USB key valued at $11.00 each.
 
Draw 4: The first two hundred (200) valid entries drawn will each win a Virgin Mobile Branded SIM Saver, valued at $29.95 each. The next two hundred (200) valid entries drawn will each win a $20 Virgin Mobile phone credit valued at $20.00 each.

9.            The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
10.         Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming mobile credit are not included. Any unused balance of mobile credit will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of mobile credit is subject to any terms and conditions of Virgin Mobile. 
 
11.         If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
 
12.         Total prize pool value is $61,900. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
 
13.         If an Eligible Entrant enters this promotion after 4 March 2010 they will be entered in the 'Virgin Mobile Major Prize Draw' promotion, however they will not be able to win a major prize, as all major prize draws will have already been conducted as of that date. If there is an unclaimed prize draw for the 'Virgin Mobile Major Prize Draw' promotion, then the Eligible Entrant will be placed in that draw.
 
14.         A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 21 July 2010 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by mail.
 
15.         Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
 
16.         If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
 
17.         Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid.
 
18.         Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
 
19.         The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant. Eligible Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
